Ingredients for Best Veg Juicy Burger Recipe

  • 250grams -2 large or 1.5 cups cubed potatoes
  • 2 carrots-1 cup cubed
  • ½ cup finely chopped peas
  • ½ finely chopped beans
  • 1 inch or 1 ½ ginger paste or ½ tsp dry ginger powder
  • 2 to 3 green chilies deseeded and finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves few finely chopped
  • 1 to ½ tsp gram masala or any spice mix
  • ½ cup bread crumbs or rice flour
  • Salt as needed
  • ½ cup besan chickpea or rice flour or cornflour for better result

 

For Assembling

  • Burger buns
  • Lettuce as needed
  • 1 to 2 ripe firm tomatoes
  • 1 onion optional

Sauce Or Dressing

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise or hung curd /Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp extra olive oil
  • 1 ½ tsp lemon juice
  • ½ to ¾ tsp mustard powder
  • ¼ tsp pepper powder
  • Salt if using Greek Yogurt

Here are the steps to make Best Juicy Burger Recipe

 

Step1

  • Mix the chopped tomatoes and peeled potatoes along with salt and pepper. Make sure that you mix it well. You can also mix ground garlic and ginger paste to make it even tastier. Besides this put gram masala powder.

Step2

Make small balls out of that mixture, into the size of tennis balls. Make them of almost equal size. Lightly wet your hands. And set the roll of the mixture in the palm of your hand and gently squeeze down to flatten into patties about 3cm thick. In case of meat juicy burger recipe, you can go for lean meat as well as fat-containing meat. If you go for fat-containing meat, you should use oil while roasting or grilling the patty.
